Terms of service

HostAi is run by [Company legal name] ("we", "us"), based in [Country]. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our acceptable use policy.

1. The service

HostAi hosts static websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and similar files) that you upload. We serve them at an address on catalystmarketinghub.com and, on paid plans, on domains you own. We may change or improve the service over time, and we'll tell you before removing anything you rely on.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and give a working email address. Keep your password safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person or business per free account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store, copy and serve it only so we can run the service, which includes scanning it for abuse and making backups. You confirm you have the right to publish everything you upload, including content an AI tool generated for you.

4. Plans, payment and cancelling

The Free plan is free. The Host plan is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage billing; you keep the Host plan until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.

If a payment fails we'll email you and try again for a few days. If it still fails, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: sites over the free limit and custom domains go offline until you upgrade again. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.

5. Limits and fair use

Each plan has limits on sites, storage, upload size and versions kept, shown in your dashboard. If a site uses far more bandwidth or resources than a normal small-business site, we may ask you to move to a different arrangement or reduce its use.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend a site or account straight away if it breaks the acceptable use policy, puts other users or our systems at risk, or we're legally required to. Where we can, we'll tell you why and how to fix it. You can delete your sites at any time. We delete the data of closed accounts within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law; backups expire within 14 days after that.

7. Availability and backups

We work hard to keep sites online and back them up nightly, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Keep your own copy of your site; you can download any version from your dashboard.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use HostAi after that means you accept them.
